Copresco has shared an
Achievement in Print Excellence Award with its customer, Rutledge
Printing Company.
President Steve Johnson
presented the award plaque from the Printing Industry of Illinois/Indiana
Association to Rutledge president Richard Marks and the Oak Lawn,
Illinois commercial printer's staff.
Copresco won the Best of Category Pinnacle award for a
digitally-printed four-color wall calendar. The high-tech piece, which
serves as a teaching aide in ophthalmologists' offices, contains
medical photos of the eye that had to be reproduced with acute accuracy
and color rendition. The print run included two personalized versions
of the saddle stitched piece.
"The AIPX awards demonstrate the high standards of the printing
industry in our region," says N. Niall Power, president and CEO of the
trade association.
Copresco specializes in digital
on-demand printing and distribution of publications, books and
manuals for general business, printing trade, technical and
institutional clients. The firm is headquartered in Carol Stream, Ill.
