A technical bulletin that offers tips to avoid embarrassing--and
costly--proofreading mistakes and blunders has been published by Copresco, a Carol Stream, Illinois

TechTopics No. 12 contains guidelines for more effective
proofreading and a short treatise on spell checkers. The bulletin will
be helpful to anyone who is responsible for final approval of documents
for publication.
