1997: A Landmark Year for Copies Overnight
To Our Valued Customers and Suppliers...
It seems the holiday season arrives earlier each year. Once again,
it's time to thank you for your continued confidence and support.
1997
was a landmark year for Copies Overnight as we celebrated our 10th anniversary.
We were honored to receive our second Premier Print Award from the
Printing Industries of America. The awards program is the graphic arts
industry's largest and most prestigious competition honoring excellence in
print.
In addition to new bindery and shipping department equipment, we
just upgraded our Docutechs and now have Xerox Corporation's latest 6180 model
(more on this later).
A new communications tool -our corporate Web
page- offered access to a wide range of company information, including
services, the newsletter and news releases. We'll highlight the site at
www.onight.com in a future issue.
Early in the year, we produced a
series of show-and-tell Copies Overnight Lite issues to demonstrate the
versatility of our digital printing and finishing capabilities. Topics included
tab dividers, coated papers, pre-printed shells, the metric A-4 paper size, and
newsletters on-demand which incorporated reprints of feature articles about
Copies Overnight from local and national media.
Our TechTopics
subscriber list continued to grow. We published four issues of the technical
bulletins that contain in-depth information on digital technology, document
preparation and production. The publication also received high praise for its
content in a marketing column by George Griffin of Graphic Arts Monthly
magazine.
In October, customers, suppliers and friends joined us for a
festive 10th birthday party at Wilton Manor. It was a special night we'll long
remember.
Copies Overnight will close out 1997 with another record in
sales and quantity of work produced. We owe our success to you and thank you
again for making this possible.
As a national leader in digital
printing, we are committed to our concept of Using tomorrow's technology
today and promise to keep you abreast of the latest developments in our
field.
We hope to share another exceptional year with you in 1998.
Best wishes for a happy holiday season.

January 1. |
