Copresco’s done it again, and we couldn’t have done it without you!
The results of the Great Lakes Graphics Association’s 2025 Graphic Excellence Awards are in, and Copresco has once again brought home a wagonload of prizes.
These awards recognize the amazing quality and attention to detail that we lavish on your books, manuals, publications and other printing projects.
Copresco President Steve Johnson accepts the Gutenberg Award from Great Lakes Graphics Association President Mary Lawrence.
Top honors went to a literary journal for the University of Notre Dame. The Gutenberg Award recognizes the very best entry in its category.
This annual publication encourages creativity and recognizes student writing and artwork of notable quality.
The short run-length and high-quality fine art content make Copresco the ideal source while keeping the project affordable for the English Department’s limited budget.
Next up were Awards of Excellence for several high-quality color projects in different categories.
An annual report for a national foundation grabbed the attention of the judges for its stellar color quality and tricky crossover graphics.
A proposal for economic redevelopment for a municipality turned to Copresco to deliver its message of strategy, design, engineering, and storytelling to create exceptional places to enrich the community.
The charts and engineering drawings married with quality typography and photography are right up Copresco’s alley.
Beautiful Nonsense, the debut color children’s book by budding author and illustrator Dmitri Boardman, took honors in the juvenile books category.
Certificates of Merit were awarded for projects including a “thought for the day” style book printed in black and white.
Single color printing rarely competes against full color entries, but bringing quality and elegance to black-only print is one of Copresco’s specialties.
Also awarded was Copresco’s own case history series, many of which originally appeared in Overnight Lite. This series chronicles some of the unusual “they said it couldn’t be done” projects that Copresco has produced for clients just like you.

In a world of chatbots, AI, and incessant text messaging, it might seem that communication is easier than ever.
Unfortunately, these technologies can also be misused to avoid customer contact. Obvious case in point: Amazon.
Amazon uses chatbots and webforms to channel and restrict customer inquiries and complaints.
At some point, frustration with these limited channels reaches a boiling point, and the only logical solution is to pick up the phone and call. Oh, wait…
Amazon’s “contact us” webpage has no phone number! Search the site; no phone number anywhere and no email.
How about writing a letter? Nope, no mailing address. You can’t even send them a fax.
Sooner or later, you’ll need to call Amazon. Here, courtesy of Copresco, is the number Amazon doesn’t want you to have: (888) 280-4331
Once you fight your way past the automated attendant, your call will be answered by a live human, albeit in a call center on the other side of the world.
Amazon wants your business, but they don’t want to talk to you.
We’re the opposite. We love to talk with you! That’s why our phone number is clearly posted on our website and at the bottom of Overnight Lite every month.
To make it even easier to reach out, here are the direct phone numbers of some key Copresco contacts:
So when you need help with books, manuals, and publications, call the company with friendly, helpful, experienced staff. Call Copresco.
