Copresco   Overnight Lite

One Quarter Million Copies—Overnight!

What Exactly Does This Copresco Offer Mean?

Do you have a 500-page manual that you must have 500 copies of tomorrow? Copresco will do it.
Perhaps it’s 300 copies of an 800-page book or 250 sets of a binder with 1,000 pages. Copresco can handle it.
If you need up to 250,000 total impressions, we can produce them by the next business day.

How Can We Do It?

Copresco has the skilled staff, equipment and the workflow systems to properly manage your job. And we have the quality procedures and in-depth experience to meet your most demanding job requirements.

Any Restrictions?

Yes. If you are providing a digital file, it must be properly prepared for print output.
The good news is that Copresco has the expertise to work with a far wider range of data than our competitors.
Of course, you must be available to approve a proof copy so we can proceed with printing.
Binding is not guaranteed in the overnight promise; however, we often complete your job overnight anyway.
Our 250,000 promise pertains to black output only, but there’s even more good news. We are bringing the same fast-turnaround expertise to our digital color printing as you have always expected from us for our black and white!

What’s the Rush Charge?

Zero. We consider every job a rush job. We’re set up to handle the pressure, and there are no extra charges for rush orders.
We even invite you to call some of our competitors. Ask them to honor a promise like this. See what they say.
Then, call Copresco. We haven’t forgotten what our name was when we started the company in 1987: Copies Overnight. And that’s still our promise to you.
So when you need publications, books or manuals in a hurry, you know who to call.
   Call Copresco.

Frequently Asked Questions

Following are questions that we have received from our readers.
Please let us know if you have other questions or perhaps a technical tip to share. We’ll keep them in mind for a future issue of Overnite Lite.

What’s the Best Pix Format?

   Q. We are using more and more digital photos in our technical bulletins. What format do you prefer, jpeg or tiff?

   A. We prefer tiff files. They are “lossless” format and will not lose image quality.
Jpeg files are “lossy” format and will deteriorate if saved over and over —or at high compression ratios.
Note: Please make sure that you send us high resolution scans or digital camera files. Junior’s one-meg point-and-shoot won’t provide the high-quality images that are required.

Color Blindness Tests

   Q. I saw the Color Blindness Test on your website. Is it accurate?

   A. It’s a good first step. With the rapidly increasing use of color, it is a good idea to start with this test.
The Copresco website has several tests to evaluate the way you perceive color.
We can also give you a personal diagnostic test to determine your color tolerance. We have still another test to check the lighting in your facility.
Just call Copresco, or e-mail us to schedule an appointment.

Relieve Your Eyestrain

The American Academy of Ophthalmology suggests the following to relieve eyestrain:

Copresco recommends that you send your job to a professional proof-reader. This will save added eyestrain, while lowering your blood pressure.

Top Performer

Copresco has received a "top performance rating” from Plexus Electronic Assembly Corp., Neenah, Wisconsin.
The special award was given in recognition of our 100% rating in quality, on-time delivery, order processing and response time.
We produce technical user manuals for the electronics manufacturer.
“Quality, fast turnaround and the ability to handle challenging jobs are the keys to our success in the fast-moving digital printing field,” says president Steve Johnson.

No Rest at All

Copresco’s digital printing plant will run full blast on President’s Day, February 17.
