1999: Our busiest year in history

To Our Valued Customers and Suppliers…

As we near the holiday season, we want to thank you for helping us complete the busiest year in our 12-year history.

Because of your continued confidence in our ability to handle an ever-widening range of complex projects, we again broke records in sales and production volume.

We received international awards recognition for your jobs that were produced in the normal course of business, not for special projects done to impress panels of judges. For the fourth consecutive year, we won a Premier Print Award for excellence in print from the Printing Industries of America. We also captured first place in the Print On Demand Innovation Leadership Awards program.

In the second quarter, we received recognition as the top digital printer in the nation by a leading graphic arts industry magazine...and our corporate website won an APEX Award for design and content excellence.

We started 1999 as Copies Overnight and will end the year as Copresco, a new name for a new age in our business development.

Here's a recap of other major '99 highlights:

February… installed two additional Docutech 6180s and significantly upgraded our digital network. Our five Docutechs give us the firepower to meet your growing demands for larger volume jobs...and to maintain our next day—250,000 impressions delivery guarantee.

May… moved to a new plant that nearly tripled our previous space and provides ample room for future growth. The 14,000 sq. ft. facility features expanded bindery, index tab and shipping departments that put the finishing touches on your jobs and assure that they arrive at their destinations on time.

August… added digital color capabilities that combine our innovative use of technology with the fast turnaround you've come to expect.

September… demonstrated our commitment to digital technology by acquiring Technical Publishers Resource, a world wide web development company.

November… announced our new Copresco name.

During the year, we continued our tradition of presenting "Perfect 10" awards to clients and suppliers with whom we've had 10-year business relationships. We also completed our fourth year of publishing TechTopics, our popular technical bulletin series.

Once again we thank you for helping us make 1999 a truly outstanding year of achievement. As we have stated: although our name is new, we are even more strongly committed to carry on our tradition of exceptional quality, fast turnaround, continual innovation and personalized customer service.

A 10th Candle For Lite

Last December's issue of Lite was produced in black on a colored stock. This year, we're delighted to send you our holiday message in living color. We think it's a great way to celebrate Lite's 10th anniversary.

Now...watch for a new Lite look in the year 2000.
